What does FOI mean?

A Freedom of Information (FOI) request is a formal method for requesting access to information held by a public authority in the UK. The Freedom of Information Act 2000 grants individuals the right to request and receive information held by public authorities, subject to certain exemptions.

You cannot request personal information under the Freedom of Information.
